Application：The clinical efficacy and safety of ticagrelor (CAS No.: 274693-27-5), an inhibitor of platelet aggregation, has been validated and supported by the platelet inhibition and patient outcome study (PLATO) and multiple subgroup studies 2-11. PLATO study also showed that ticagrelor was significantly more effective than clopidogrel, so it was listed as the first-line recommendation by many domestic and foreign guidelines. Moreover, in the past two years, the recommended level of ticagrelor was listed ahead of clopidogrel in European guidelines, and clopidogrel could only be used in patients who could not use ticagrelor. Because ticagrelor and thienopyridine drugs (clopidogrel) are a different chemical classification of drugs, so the former Chinese name "ticagrelor" is replaced with "ticagrelor".
