Domestic oral COVID-19 drugs will soon be on the market

Azifudine is a class 1 anti-AIDS drug targeting RNA reverse transcriptase. With good novel coronavirus activity at both cellular and animal levels, phase III clinical trials are under way in China, Brazil and Russia for COVID-19. In terms of domestic clinical trials, 242 patients have been enrolled, and we are coordinating to add the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the phase III clinical trial branch center to accelerate the inclusion of the remaining patients, and strive to apply for domestic conditional listing approval in December.
